  7. The programs and data on this HamCall CD-ROM are in the public domain EXCEPT
  8. for the QUESTAR (HAMENCY.DAT AND HAMINDX.DAT) control files, FCC ham data
  9. FOLIO VIEWS software and data, and the Mountain Tower/RadioSoft Software.

  11. The current cost of QUESTAR software (it is supplied on separate floppies) is
  12. $50.00.

  14. We only support QUESTAR and VIEWS software and data - the public domain data
  15. just "goes along for the ride".  You are free to distribute public domain
  16. programs and data for non-pecuniary interests.  Contributions of ham related
  17. programs and data are encouraged - they will be placed on the next CD-ROM
  18. produced FREE OF CHARGE!.  We will give FREE CD-ROM discs for significant
  19. donations of quality, ham related software and programs.  We plan that
  20. two discs will be produced each year (April, October).
